B2B BULK ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum for bulk orders is 10 units per prodūduct or model. Custom branding orders may require a higher MOQ.

2. Pricing & Discounts

Pricing is sacived on order volume. Special discounts apply for orders above 25, 50, and 100 units.

3. Payment Terms

50% advance payment to order confirmation. Renaining 50% before dispatch unless presider otherwise.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery time: 7-12 business days after advance payment and final approval (for customization. Shipping charges are borne by buyer.

5. Customization

Custom logo printing or branding is available for bulk orders. Design approval is required before production begins cust.

6. Returns & Replacements

Unmanufacturing defects for replacement within 7 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges for used/damaged products due to amisuse.

7. Confidentiality

All business-related documents and communications are strictly confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

BAGYBLISS is not lite: for any indirect or consequenti 1 losses related to the use of our products.
